In the first few days of assuming a new office, the new President of the United States often signs and puts into motion several executive actions – which are often aimed at dismantling some policy decisions by their predecessor.
Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., in his harshest repudiation of Donald Trump’s one-term, two-impeachment presidency, decided to tweet in full sentences with no spelling errors.
Here is Biden’s first tweet, for reference:
There is no time to waste when it comes to tackling the crises we face. That's why today, I am heading to the Oval Office to get right to work delivering bold action and immediate relief for American families.
— President Biden (@POTUS) January 20, 2021
Astonishing.
It’s been four painful, enduring years since we had a President tweet with the literacy rate of an adult.
Our sources further suggest than in yet another harsh repudiation of Trump, Biden plans to listen to healthcare experts to help navigate the covid-19 pandemic and inform those policy decisions.

If you enjoy discussing politics, I want to invite you to join my Facebook group – Civil Political Discourse. Facebook interviewed me personally back in October, 2020, and commended me for being able to host healthy, political conversations. My group is sorely lacking a robust Democratic/Progressive presence, so if you fall on the left side of the isle, I doubly encourage you to join.
